Terms of Service

1. The service

Spiral DJ is a local-first DJ library and set-preparation application. Audio decoding, analysis and organisation run inside your browser; your music files are never uploaded. We provide the application, an optional account, and (for paying subscribers) the Pro plan.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your password safe. One account is for one person; do not share credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

3. Plans and billing

• Free: up to 500 tracks, with the full local workflow included — BPM / key / energy analysis, waveforms and metadata, harmonic matching, Set Canvas, Auto Flow and the complete JSON backup. Setlist export is not included.
• Pro: unlimited library plus every export (M3U8, CSV, Rekordbox XML and the printable booth sheet) and the advanced preparation tools — $6.99 per month or $59 per year, billed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

You can cancel at any time from the account panel (Manage subscription). Cancellation stops future renewals; the current paid period stays active until its end. Refunds are handled case by case — write to us.

4. Your music, your rights

You keep all rights to the music and metadata you load. We claim no licence over your files and we never receive them. You are responsible for having the right to use the files you analyse.

5. Acceptable use

Do not abuse, reverse-sell, overload or attempt to break the service or other users' access. Do not use the service to infringe third-party rights.

6. Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available, but it is provided "as is", without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the event. Because your library lives in your browser, keep backups (Export & Backup in the app) — we cannot recover local data for you.
